Petition Summary: Obscene materials distributed to minors is prevalent everywhere in today's society. Parents have asked Parents Against Bad Books how they could be part of the decision-making process before the minor-books/materials are acquired by the libraries. To that end, Parents Against Bad Books is writing the "My Child, My Books" legislative Bill, which requires parents be involved in all libraries' acquisition-of-minors'-materials decisions in the State of Idaho.
